New rule to Clarify the age for a Junior Rider - A Junior Rider's age on January 1 will determine his/her age for competition that year. However, a rider may move to the next higher class when he/she becomes eligible to do so at any time during the year, but once a rider moves to a higher age class in any competition, he/she may not move back to the lower age class.
