Cobra ECX quads all class in every class

Newry, Victoria, Australia., (19th November 2007) – In just its second season of competition, Cobra ECX mini quads are taking the ATV racing scene by storm, this past weekend pulling off overall wins in three classes (Junior 50cc, Junior 90cc Production and Junior 90cc Modified) at the 2007 Yamaha Australian ATV Championships..

Bringing home ATV titles this past weekend for Cobra were:

• Lachlan Stone (N.T. Aus) 1st place, 9 -13 90cc Modified.
• Aston Oliver (W.A. Aus) 1st place, 9 – 13 90cc Production
• Jake Gartside (VIC, Aus.), 1st place, 6-9 50cc Production

Also racing well on his Cobra ECX mini quad was Chris Bosnakis (2nd 90cc Production and 3rd 90cc Modified.)

Lachlan Stone completely dominated in the modified class with 5 from 5 race wins with Chris Bosnakis chasing hard but a DNF in race 4 due to a spark plug failure ended his challenge. Chris once again did not have luck on his side after a fuel tap malfunction in race 2 of the production class resulted in no points which handed the overall to a fast and consistent Aston Oliver on his newly acquired ECX 70.
